This is a concept project: built to show a solution for this type of business, not a client commission.
About the project
Concept for a travel agent with dozens of day trips and multi-day tours.
The problem
Tour packages only existed as social media posts, so customers struggled to compare options. Questions came in through Instagram, WhatsApp and email, and some were missed.
The solution
- A package catalog that can be filtered by destination, length and type of trip.
- Detail pages with a day-by-day itinerary, what is included, and pick-up points.
- A request form on every package, with the package name and date already filled in.
- Every request lands in one inbox and can continue on WhatsApp.
Intended results
- Customers find a suitable package without asking first.
- Every request arrives with the package, date and group size.
- The team adds and edits packages from the WordPress dashboard.
