About the project
Concept for a four-bedroom villa that wants to rely less on booking platforms.
The problem
Almost every guest arrives through a booking platform, so every night sold loses a commission. Guests who want to book directly have to ask over chat and wait for a reply to find out which dates are free.
The solution
- An availability calendar that stays accurate, so guests check dates without asking.
- A direct booking form with a per-night price breakdown, including peak-season rates.
- Room pages with large photo galleries that still load quickly on a phone.
- Indonesian and English versions for local and international guests.
Intended results
- Guests complete a booking without having to chat first.
- The owner changes prices and blocks dates from the WordPress dashboard.
- Direct bookings keep the full amount, with no platform commission.
